Hi, I’m Alexandra Joy Elizabeth!

My joys are unlocking the highest potential of my clients to accomplish their interpersonal dynamics, holistic wellness, and creation goals as an integrative hypnotherapist and somatic practitioner and empowering productions and teams to create aligned media and work as a therapist consultant. I am a clinically trained psychotherapist who has been training and practicing since 2018, nationally board certified clinical hypnotherapist who has been in private practice since 2012, registered yoga instructor who has been teaching in studios since 2013, and trained coach. I am grateful to provide psychotherapy to all ages of individuals, couples, families, and groups in private practice in my own practice I founded, Inlet Behavioral Wellness. I was voted Netflix’s Employee of the Season by the executive producers and Fab Five as the Cultural Consultant for Netflix’s Queer Eye and Karamo Brown’s Culture segment. I was then the ADHD Advisor on Netflix’s Sparking Joy with Marie Kondo. I got these jobs from my psychotherapist so let that be your sign to go to therapy 🙃. I started off in productions as a production assistant, collecting talent releases and holding booms, and as talent as an actor, and then curated my role as a talent and producer consultant. I have been practicing as a clinical hypnotherapist, holistic somatic practitioner, and executive coach since 2012 with parents, talent, television hosts, C-suite executives in tech, fashion, marketing, wellness, and digital arts, performers, athletes, traders, attorneys, prosecutors, young professionals in finance, and entrepreneurs in the film industry and beyond. I founded Alljoys as a constellation of my holistic therapeutic and creative consultation work where I host workshops and classes on topics like neuroaesthetics and somatic embodiment, and 1:1 sessions for clients looking to up-level professionally, creatively, and holistically. I then founded my clinical private practice Inlet Behavioral Wellness to provide psychotherapy services on The Treasure Coast of Florida and through Telehealth for Florida residents. Working on medical teams to production teams to hosting holistic retreats, I love to help people answer the question, where is the opening? I graduated summa cum laude after my five years of graduate school at three different schools at the University of Pennsylvania:  I received my clinical social work degree to become a psychotherapist at Penn’s School of Social Policy and Practice, after studying Nonprofit Administration at Penn’s Fels School of Government, and prior to obtaining the SP2 - Wharton Professional Certificate in Organizational Leadership in Social Work. As part of my clinical graduate coursework, I have practiced psychotherapy, clinical social work, and medical social work with patients ages 5 - 93 in private group practice, a hemodialysis clinic, a community-based counseling services center, and a residential facility. So you know, providing CBT to my 63 year old lawyer client and then getting on the floor to do play therapy with my 5 year client. I have provided and co-hosted clients across the world with the healing work of their own subconscious minds and somatic bodies in workshops, classes, and in-person retreats in Avalon, NJ, Austin, TX with Harvard Divinity School’s Meditation Advisor, Palm Beach, FL, and the Treasure Coast of Florida. I spend my time between Jupiter, Florida, The Treasure Coast of Florida, Avalon, New Jersey, and Manhattan with my partner of almost a decade. I live all my joys as King Charles Cavalier Spaniel mama, loving co-creating partner, intuitive herb garden tender, indie film connoisseur, magical conch shell collector, coastal grandma aesthetic enthusiast, 80s art deco dreamer, spacious therapist, farmer’s market explorer, trippy hypnotist, circus aerialist, and self-proclaimed home matcha barista. I am so excited to help you collapse the timeline into your most joy filled life or work.
