Somatic Embodiment

Somatic unblocking & aligning, movement therapy, or hypnoyoga is an embodiment practice drawing on a combination of somatic bodywork, breath work, and hypnosis. In the practice, you will be induced into a theta state through hypnosis to access a deep state of relaxation and the inner knowings of your subconscious. Through a theta state and Ashtanga poses, you will become aware of where you hold certain blocks in your body and release them.
